Check your identification, right to work in the UK, training certificates you hold in order to carryout a temporary placement, bank details for payment for weekly pay, contact details, references obtained and information gained from the Criminal Records Bureau where assignments work with vulnerable adults or vulnerable children. Your data is held in secure computer files, which have restricted access and/or in paper format, in locked cabinets. The office space we occupy is also locked via key code between the hours of 19.00 and 07.30 Monday to Friday and at weekends.
We have approved measures in place to stop unlawful access and disclosure.? Please note that the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. We will do our best to protect your personal data but cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.
